[Day 1] Introduction

You’ll learn effective methods to find brand leads using tools like SmartScout, Amazon, trade shows, and competitor storefronts. Additionally, we’ll introduce you to our distributor criteria checklist and teach you how to find distributor leads using Google and SpyFu. Organizing supplier contact information into your CRM or Google Sheet will also be covered.

[Day 3] Contacting Suppliers
Day three is all about mastering the art of supplier outreach. You’ll discover the dos and don’ts of contacting suppliers, how to follow up appropriately, and how to present yourself for success. We’ll provide effective email templates for reaching out to brands and distributors, along with real-life examples of successful outreach from our business.

[Day 4] Sourcing Products
On the fourth day, we delve into product sourcing. Once you’ve opened accounts and gained pricing access, we’ll guide you through manual sourcing, UPC scanning using Analyzer.tools, and reverse sourcing strategies via Amazon and SmartScout. You’ll also learn how to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), determine purchase quantities, and view a sample Purchase Order (PO) from our operations.

[Day 5] Shipping and Logistics
The fifth day focuses on shipping and logistics. We’ll share our insights on utilizing prep centers versus warehouses, helping you decide what fits your needs best. You’ll learn when to ship SPD vs. LTL/FTL, how to get suppliers to ship directly to FBA, and the logistics of arranging LTL and FTL shipments. We’ll also introduce 2D barcodes to streamline wholesale prep and recommend a suitable credit card for your shipping expenses.

On the sixth day, we explore how to leverage virtual talent to scale your business.
